DediProg has modified the way of communication between Windows and SF serial products. If you are using new Windows version, please make sure the programmer firmware and SF software are the latest version. For older Windows OS version, there’s no need to upgrade to the latest programmer firmware. SF100 If the firmware version is 6.x.xx, please update to the latest 6.5.03. If the firmware version is 5.x.xx, please update to the latest 5.5.03. If the firmware version is from 1.x.x to 4.x.x, these are not supported on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. Please feel free to contact us for further information. SF600 / SF600Plus If the firmware version is 6.x.x, please update to the latest 6.9.0.
